  • Established in January of this year, Tatva Legal was formed in a break-away of eight partners from Dua & Associates. Sixty lawyers chose to move with the partners.  Tatva Legal is an equity partnership based on limits and profitability and is not lockstep. 

     

    In its first year, the firm acted on a substantial volume of M&A deals and ranked amongst the top law firms in India for private equity deals by volume. The firm is expanding and plans to strengthen its capacity outside the corporate M&A space.
