  • Gagrats & Co, one of the old guard of Indian law firms, was dissolved after the a mass exodus of 11 of its 13 partners in 2005.  They went on to form a new outfit called Vigil Juris while the father and son Gagrats reformed as Gagrats & Partners. The remnant firm is a much smaller operation handling non-contentious work, with a particular focus on aviation.
