  • One of the new generation of Indian firms, the founding partners deliberately set out to establish a more modern and equitable model of a law firm.  Although the firm did not have a very high profile with the corporate establishment, it is regarded as a credible newcomer by its law firm peers.  In April 2011, five of the firm's partners - including founding partner Shalini Agrawal - left to form Clasis Law. A tie-up relationship with Clyde & Co was transferred to the breakaway firm.
