  • William Kirschner chairs the global India practice from Singapore after former practice head Doug Peel left to head the firm's depleted Abu Dhabi office. The firm had an office in India in from 1994, but it was closed  it in 2008, long before the Bombay High Court ruling (February 2010) that stated foreign firms could not open liaison offices in the country.
