 2010/11 Travers Smith gives advice in relation to an (aborted) AIM IPO of an Indian renewable energy business. The fundraising was to enable the company to expand its existing assets in line with the growth and development of renewable energy in India.

Travers Smith advises Hirco plc

As well as providing ongoing corporate advice in relation to various cost cutting and strategy initiatives, Travers Smith has recently advised Hirco plc in relation to a £12 million fundraising by way of a placing. The fundraising was to enable Hirco plc to pursue its strategy and to preserve long term value of shareholders by funding ongoing running costs.
