In 2010/11, Olswang acted for AiM listed India focused fund Elephant Capital plc on the acquisition of a 28.6% stake in ClinTec Luxembourg S.A., a full service global Clinical Research Organisation.

 SIS Live where advised by Olswang on the contract to produce and broadcast the XIX Commonwealth Games in India in 2010.

 In 2010/11, Olswang advised Middle East owned premium restaurant group Hakkasan on the expansion of its restaurant business into India.  Hakkasan opened its first Mumbai restaurant in June 2011.
