  • The firm's India practice is currently based out of Dubai, Hong Kong, London and Singapore. It should receive a significant boost when it merges with US firm Hogan & Hartson, which has its own strong India practice. Most of  Lovells' recent India work has been for international and Indian financial institution. The firm had announced a referral relationship with Phoenix Legal in 2009, which was later denied by the newly established Indian firm.
