Represented Emirates Telecommunications Corp. (Etisalat) in connection with its US$900 million strategic investment in Swan Telecom in 2008.

Acted for the underwriters in the US$4.92 billion domestic equity and American Depositary Share offering by ICICI Bank Limited in 2007.
