In the last 12 Eversheds have sponsored a major General Counsel/In-House conference in Mumbai and an Energy conference in Delhi.

WNS Global Services outsourcing deal

Advised WNS Global Services on a $1bn (£502.3m) outsourcing deal with insurance company Aviva plc. This was one of the biggest offshoring transactions in the financial services sector in 2008, which saw WNS acquire Aviva's offshore operations in India and Sri Lanka for £115m and involved both parties entering into a multi-year $1bn business process outsourcing contract.
