  • M&M has expanded into new industries and geographies in the last few years via some significant acquisitions. They entered into the two-wheeler market by taking over Kinetic Motors in India in 2008. M&M also has a controlling stake in the REVA Electric Car Company and acquired the SsangYong Motor Company in 2011 to expand their interests in South Korea.
