  • In June 2011 Intelligroup was involved in a meeting, organised by Digite, with their 20 largest customers in the 'silicon valley' of India Bangalore to improve relations for the future.

    Currently they are in talks with companies in the US and India, and have roughly $18 million (approximately Rs 88.2 crore), with the intention of funding a number of planned buyouts.
