  • Ambuja Cement is India's 3rd largest cement maker. It acquired an 85% stake in Nepal based company Dang Cement Industries in June 2011. The  deal is reported to be worth US$ 4.3 million and at that time Ambuja was planning to buy another 5% for  Rs11.3 million.
